Greenwood Estates is a close-knit, twenty lot community in beautiful Winthrop, Washington. Located alongside the Susie Stephens Trail, a bike/ped/ski connector to the vast Methow Trails network, and with trail access across the pedestrian bridge to the lively town of Winthrop. The 18-acre Methow Trails office and trail system in our backyard and the new Winthrop Library, Winthrop skating rink and town trailhead, Fainting Goat restaurant, and Barnyard Cinema, Valley Thriftway grocery store, and Winthrop Ace Hardware are all within less than a half mile and accessible by a trail. A TranGo bus stop is located at the entry to the neighborhood.
